Ordering and Delivery Terms

Ordering

- Orders received within 14 days of event are subject to a 25% Late Fee.

- All showsite orders (During Event) are subject to a 25% service charge.

-Payment will be required prior to delivery.

Cancellation
- 25% cancellation will be applied if canceled 7 days prior to event opening

-100% cancellation will be applied if canceled on day of delivery. (No refunds)

-UpStage is not responsible for any drayage fees impose by your General Contractor or Event Organizer.
